The Under 15’s have currently 2 squads with + 50 players.  We have a mix of boys from across many different local schools, including both public and private sector, many of which have been playing together for several years. We also have a good ratio of coaches to players with strong links to Surrey RFU and we are focused on ensuring that we develop each player to reach their full potential, many of these coaches have been involved with the club since u5’s and several have qualifications including RFU Level 1. We also plan to bring in specialist coaching throughout the season to constantly raise both the players and coaching standards in the technical areas of the game.

The forthcoming season follows a very successful 2009 / 10,  where we won Surrey 2 & 5, which means our under 15’s squad is now represented in Surrey 1 & 4 leagues.  With the combination of pre-organised friendlies and league matches, both squads currently have 18 matches for next season.  Our friendlies have been organised to allow us to test ourselves against high calibre teams both inside and  outside the county, which includes a long standing arrangement with Bridgend, who will be coming up to Reeds this year on tour.

U15’s train every Tuesday evening from 19.00 – 20.30 (arrival 18.50)

When we don’t have a match we train every Sunday at either Whiteley Village, Weybridge (from 12.00 – 14.00) or Reeds School, Cobham (from 10.00 – 12.00).  Schedule of weekly training locations / matches will be forwarded to each squad member.

At U15’s we are committed to the Reeds ethos of every boy who wishes to play rugby will be fully involved both in training and match selection.  Whilst every season we gain and loose players for many different reasons,   as a squad we have grown year on year. This year is without exception as we have already recruited 8 new players for this forthcoming season.  However,  there is still room for more!
