Players' Code of Conduct
1- Referees and coaches are important - show them respect.
2- Encourage others to play and enjoy rugby
3- Enjoy rugby, have fun and improve your skills
4- Do not lose your temper, use foul play -
5- Or take unfair advantage of another player
6- No bullying or foul play
7- In rugby, good play should be applauded, for either side
8- Always play as a team
9- Never argue with the referee
10- Showing off is not acceptable - good sportsmen do not show off |

Parents' Code of Conduct
1- Do not force an unwilling
child to participate in rugby
2- Encourage respect
for referees and visiting teams. Do not question the referee's decisions.
3- Children learn best by example. Applaud good play by your team and
by members of the opposing team.
4- Encourage your child always to play by the Laws of the Game.
5- Never ridicule or scold a child for making a mistake in a game. Shouting
does not help.
6- Teach your child that honest effort is as important as victory so that
defeats is accepted without undue disappointment.
7- Recognise the value and importance of volunteer coaches and referees.
They give their time and resources to provide rugby for your child.
8- Remember that children play rugby for their own fun.
9- Instil in your child an understanding and enjoyment for being a team
member, not an individual.
